New Crew

Olmo Zavala

Assistant Scientist at the Univeristy of Miami. Olmo initiated this project in 2009. OWGIS was originally the Digital Climatic Atlas of Mexico and it evolved to a general framework to build scientific web gis sites. He is currently working on improving OWGIS at the Center for Ocean-Atmospheric Prediction Studies (COAPS).

Ixchel Zazueta

Currently working on new features and functionality for OWGIS at Centro de Ciencias de la Atmósfera (CCA).

Pablo Camacho

Work adding new functionalities to the program and fixing bugs.

Liliana Ayala

Currently working with outputs for various models to develop codes where they are post-processed for use in OWGIS at Centro de Ciencias de la Atmósfera (CCA).

Harshul Pandav

Graduate Student, Computer Science Department, Florida State University. B.S. in Computer Engineering. Harshuld has made great improvements in the mobile version of OWGIS and he started an administration interface to configure OWGIS without the need of any XML file.

Arsalan Ahmed

Graduate Student, Computer Science Department, Florida State University. Arsalan worked in OWGIS for his master thesis. He started the mobile interface and contributed by fixing many bugs for this project. Arslan will be missed here at OWGIS.

Paul Miller

Undergraduate, Computer Science Department, Florida State University. Paul worked on OWGIS from September 2014 to Spring of 2015 as a part of his undergraduate research with FSU's Undergraduate Research Oportunities Program.
