OWGIS was originally the Digital Climatic Atlas of Mexico and it evolved to a general framework to build scientific web gis sites. He is currently working on improving OWGIS at the Center for Ocean-Atmospheric Prediction Studies (COAPS).

Graduate Student, Computer Science Department, Florida State University. B.S. in Computer Engineering. Harshuld has made great improvements in the mobile version of OWGIS and he started an administration interface to configure OWGIS without the need of any XML file.
